Return Policy:
First: The customer has the right to return the product and get its value back or exchange it according to the following conditions:
- The product must be damaged, defective, spoilt, or broken in the packaging.

- The return request must be within 3 working days from the date of receiving the product.
Second: The customer does not have the right to return the product if the product does not contain any of what was stated in the first paragraph, due to the nature of personal care products and the resulting impact on public health.
Third: The product exchange process takes a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product to be replaced.
