Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ORB, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and your order is delivered promptly. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below to understand the details of how we manage your orders.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Orders to Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

  • For any other cities in Egypt, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed on the order confirmation page before you complete your purchase.

How to Track Your Order: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

في ORB، نهدف إلى تقديم تجربة تسوق سلسة وضمان وصول طلبك في الوقت المحدد. يرجى مراجعة سياسة الشحن والتوصيل الخاصة بنا لفهم التفاصيل المتعلقة بإدارة طلباتك.

مدة التوصيل:

  • يتم توصيل الطلبات إلى القاهرة، الجيزة، والإسكندرية في غضون ٣ إلى ٥ أيام عمل.

  • بالنسبة للمدن الأخرى في جمهورية مصر العربية، يستغرق التوصيل عادةً ٥ إلى ٧ أيام عمل (باستثناء العطلات الرسمية والإجازات).

بمجرد معالجة طلبك، ستتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا لتأكيد الطلب، يتبعه إشعار عند الشحن بمجرد إرسال طلبك.

مصاريف الشحن: سيتم احتساب مصاريف الشحن وعرضها على صفحة تأكيد الطلب قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.

كيفية تتبع حالة الطلب: بعد شحن طلبك، ستتلقى رقم تتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني يمكنك من خلاله متابعة حالة الشحنة. يُرجى الانتظار حتى ٤٨ ساعة كحد أقصى لظهور معلومات التتبع.
